Steve Johnston, Founder
As a native Texan, Steve founded Ox Land Development after years in the technology industry with a vision of simplifying the land acquisition and development process to help increase land value for property owners. As the driving force behind Ox Land Developments’ unique vision, Steve has successfully established partnerships centered around trust and transparency. As a Native Texas, TCU alum, Navy Veteran, and with a history of building successful businesses he’s now bringing his problem-solving attitude to the Real Estate industry.

We Believe Every Child Deserves a Home
In response to the orphan crisis, children facing dire circumstances—exploited child labor, begging for survival, or falling into sex trafficking—are met with proactive action from Angel House. Employing community members, they construct Angel Houses, providing safe havens for these vulnerable orphans. With a remarkable record of over 300 homes built, Angel House profoundly impacts children’s lives and plays a pivotal role in uplifting the local economy. Their presence is an indispensable component of our transformative model for change
